Hannah is a triple board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. She specializes in comprehensive psychiatric assessment and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, bringing a calm, thoughtful, and holistic approach to each evaluation. Her goal is to help patients and families gain clarity, feel supported, and move forward with confidence.

Collaborative Medication Management

Finding the right psychiatric prescriber is as important as finding the right therapist. After taking the time to personally get to know and vet Hannah Hayes, CPNP-AC/PC, PMHNP-BC, I’ve found that our approaches to mental health align in meaningful ways. We share a whole-person philosophy, value thoughtful assessment over quick solutions, and believe clients deserve collaborative, individualized care.

If it becomes clear that further assessment outside of my scope or medication management would be helpful to a client I have been working with, I may recommend Hannah as a trusted referral. While therapy and medication management remain separate services, we both value collaboration and—with client consent—we will work together to ensure your treatment is coordinated and informed by the full picture of your needs.

Unlike many medication providers who work primarily within their own clinical networks, Hannah recognizes the value that therapists bring through ongoing assessment and observation, creating a more integrated approach to your care.

Transparency Matters

This collaboration exists solely to improve continuity of care for clients who may benefit from both therapy and psychiatric services. There is no financial relationship, referral fee, commission, or exchange of compensation between Hannah Hayes, Golden Strides Behavioral Health, and Blackbird Behavioral. Any referral is based exclusively on clinical judgment, shared treatment philosophy, and a commitment to ethical, collaborative care. Clients are always free to choose any psychiatric provider they wish. Please ask me about this referral any time!
